In this course, students will learn how to use the Oracle planning products to optimize their organizations\’ resources. Students will begin with an overview of the key concepts and features of the Oracle planning products: Master Scheduling, Material Requirements Planning, and Capacity Planning. They will learn how to formulate, implement, and manage realistic material and capacity plans. Students will practice setting up, entering, loading, planning, and maintaining data for product forecasts. They will also learn how to load and maintain master demand schedules as well as how to generate master production schedules, material requirements plans, and capacity plans. Upon completion of this course, students will be prepared to use the Oracle planning products to formulate, implement, and manage realistic material and capacity plans.
